Hi, I’m Angela Torres, a Global Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Costa Rica. As a results-driven LATAM Recruiter, I have a strong background in IT, cybersecurity, telecommunications, construction, manufacturing, financial services, and GTM roles. Managed full-cycle recruitment for IT, telecommunications, and construction roles, partnering with clients to align hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
